We offer 3 methods of shipping: Standard, 2 Day FEDEX, and Overnight FEDEX. All 2 Day and Overnight shipments will ship the same day if ordered by 3PM CST.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
If you are not completely satisfied with a DVD or book, you may EXCHANGE it for another video within 15 days of receipt of your order. One-time exchange only. There is a $6.00 exchange fee for each video returned. Please e-mail or call us for authorized return information.
